My Approach to the Most Effective Fitness Training is Simple:


Train for Total Body Fitness

Strength, Power, Muscle Mass, Cardiovascular, Flexibility, Speed, Agility, Reactive,
Core, and Balance training are all areas we can target together.

Train Intensely and Efficiently

Your time in and outside the gym is valuable!  So it only makes sense to train in the
most efficient manner.  Using the appropriate intensity and volume, most of the weight
training programs we will perform will be done two to three days per week for as little
as 1 hour per day.  That's 3 hours per week to achieve a stronger and healthier
body!  You will find this is much less than that prescribed by most other trainers.

Train Naturally

I have been training naturally (without performance enhancing drugs) my entire life.
This is critical in understanding your challenges and the required steps for success if
you are also a natural trainee.

Design the Optimum Individualized Training Program

I have exceptional skills in using attention to detail and logic to design the Optimum
Individualized Training  Program for each client.  I strengthened these skills even  
more as a Mechanical Design Engineer.  For the natural athlete, the understanding of
the details such as exercise technique, the precise amount of rest days and volume of
work required, are critical in maximizing results.


Develop the Mental Skills for Success

I am highly skilled on the Mental Aspects of training from my Martial Arts background.
I can help you maximize results through developing the mental discipline, visualization
techniques, and proper attitude for motivation and success.  In my opinion, the  
mental aspect is the most important one in an exercise program.
