I understand your need for Efficient and Effective Workouts for a Balanced Lifestyle

In today's world, we are all very busy trying to juggle work, family, relationships, school and
much more.  Unfortunately, we sometimes see two extremes when it comes to the frequency
of working out.  There are those that never take the time to take care of the one body they
were given.  They continue to use it day after day but never invest anything back into it.  
Basically, they take their body for granted.  I often refer to the body as being similar to your
car.  If you continue to use it and never perform the required scheduled maintenance, that
car is eventually going to break down, or at best perform lousy and have many problems.  
However, if you take care of it, yes, the car will still get old....but it will provide many years of
good service as it does so.  

Then you sometimes see the other extreme.  Those that are absolutely obsessed with
working out and think it is necessary to spend 6-7 days a week for several hours a day in the
gym to achieve their goals.  These people often sacrifice their family, friends, and even their
careers in an effort to spend more time in the gym.  

Both types of people are headed in the wrong direction.  It is important to remember that
working out should be
part of your life, but not become your life.  As explained on the  
"training naturally" page, it is critical to find the optimum balance between when to workout
and when to rest.  It is not only unnecessary to do more than required, but also counter
productive.  I can help you to find this optimum balance.  And as an added benefit to my style
of training, you will have more time to enjoy other pursuits such as friends, family, and other
hobbies or sports.  This in turn, should lead to a richer, more fulfilling lifestyle.
